Cookie Policy
2 July 2026
This site is deliberately light on cookies. Here is everything it stores in your browser, why, and how you stay in control.
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage) are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser to remember things between visits — a preference, a consent choice, a session.
2. Strictly necessary storage (no consent needed)
playfull.theme — remembers your light/dark mode choice. Kept until you clear it.
playfull.consent — remembers your cookie-banner decision so we do not ask again. Kept 12 months.
playfull.demo.dismissed — remembers that you closed the demo-mode notice. Session only.
playfull.mockdb — demo mode only: stores your simulated bookings locally so the demo works end-to-end. Never leaves your browser.
These are required for the site to function as you asked it to, so they are set without consent (ePrivacy, strictly-necessary exemption).
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept all”, we may load a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages help people book. No analytics runs if you choose “Essential only”. As of the date above, no analytics provider is active on this site.
4. Third parties
When online payment is enabled, the payment page runs on the payment provider’s own domain with its own cookie policy. We embed no advertising or social-media trackers.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data in your browser (the banner will re-appear), and every browser lets you inspect and delete stored data per site.
6. Changes
If we add a tool that uses new cookies, this page and the consent banner are updated first, before anything is set.
